Returns & Refunds Policy
At S&M Pallets, we strive to ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and to a high standard. If you need to cancel an order or arrange a return, please review the following policy:
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch without penalty.
If cancellation occurs after dispatch or once goods are in transit, delivery and return transport charges will apply.
These transport charges will be deducted from any refund due.
Returns
Returns are only accepted for standard stock pallets that are unused and in resaleable condition.
Returned goods must be received back at our warehouse before any refund is issued.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return transport, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving returned goods.
If delivery has already taken place, or goods were in transit at the time of cancellation, associated transport costs (including delivery and return) will be deducted from the refund amount.
VAT will be itemised and calculated accordingly in all refunds.
Custom Orders
Custom-built or bespoke pallets are non-refundable once production has begun.
Any exceptions are at our discretion and must be agreed in writing prior to return.
